CalledToBetter (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates calledtobetter.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because that’s how we talk.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, take the Better Scorecard, or join the Brotherhood waitlist, we collect your email address and any answers you choose to submit.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use standard analytics that record pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
How we use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for — Scorecard results, the welcome series, and the newsletter.
- To understand what content is useful so we can make the site better.
- To operate the waitlist and notify you when the Brotherhood community opens.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes your data
- MailerLite — our email service provider. Your email address and opt-in details are stored and processed by MailerLite on our behalf. See MailerLite’s privacy policy.
- Hostinger — our web host, which processes standard server logs.
- Google Analytics / Search Console — aggregate site analytics.
Email consent and unsubscribing
You only receive email from us if you explicitly opted in, and every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is immediate and honored permanently. We never use pre-checked boxes.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for analytics and site function. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Affiliate links
Some pages contain Amazon affiliate links. Clicking one sets an Amazon cookie so Amazon can credit the referral. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at calledtobetter@gmail.com and we’ll handle it — no forms, no runaround.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we handle email will be announced to subscribers directly.
